Hall of Fame Volunteer Sign-up Info.
The Hall of Fame Meet is coming up at the beginning of December. This is always a fun and fast meet racing teams that we don’t normally compete against. This year HOF will be a timed finals meet cut into both a morning and afternoon session. There will be a break between the 2 sessions in order for volunteers to grab a bite to eat nearby. I have included the list of events in this email so that you can check out what will be happening in each session before signing up to volunteer. Please feel free to sign up for both sessions if that fits into your schedule. Don’t forget that volunteers get into the meets for free! Thank you in advance for helping make this meet a a successful one! It couldn’t be pulled off without you!

It's Your LAST CHANCE!!!
It’s your last chance!! The spirit store closes in a mere 12 hours. Take a look and see if anything catches your eye! Remember you can pay online, and it will ship to your house. It doesn’t get much easier than this. Sport some new spirit wear in he bleachers this season as we support our swimmer and divers. Thanks to all who have purchased!

This season Lifetouch will be taking traditional team pictures in the gym along with the Daily Journal. Individual pictures will be in the athletic commons.
Please bring props and wear matching uniforms.
1. Everyone gets a picture taken from Lifetouch, even if they are not purchasing pictures from Lifetouch.
2. Seniors will get two headshots from the Daily Journal and Lifetouch.
Please make sure that all your athletes are photographed for their individual picture,
team picture and senior headshot:) We don’t want to miss anyone!
Your athletes and parents have three ways to order portraits!

You should have received a shipment of paper order forms. Please let me know if you did not receive enough for your athletes. Please distribute these to your coaches!
TIP: Instruct your parents to go online after portrait day instead of hand-in a late portrait order envelope. The paper order forms handed in after portrait day are delayed and shipped separately from the others. All online orders come with the bulk shipment!
After portrait day – Proof sheet online instructions
Every athlete will receive a picture package after portrait day. If an athlete did NOT order anything, they will get a proof sheet that shows the portrait we captured of them and the ordering instructions in case they did want to purchase it after portrait day.

Please Read This Info. about Food, Fees, and Fundraising
Quick Note: If you are serving hot breakfast plan for a roster of around 40 athletes. Some do not always show up for hot breakfast due to the practice schedule, but that is a close number to what you would be serving. Remember leftovers are appreciated on “cold” breakfast days and will be eaten! It’s always a good idea to plan for a bit more than expected. Also, please contact your breakfast group to coordinate food, set-up, and clean-up duty.
If you have not completed the registration paper, turned in the required fees, or returned the warm-up paper- please have those to me or placed in the lock box by Thursday, Nov. 11. It is important that we start paying for items such as suits, transportation, and the fee required to reserve things for the training trip. Please reach out to me if there is a problem with turning in any of these items by Thursday.
I went ahead and sized many of the guys for suits yesterday. I have a few left that I will catch on Thursday, 11/11. I can’t place an order for a suit until I have received payment. Thanks for your help in getting these things in quickly.

Finally, the Swim and Dive yard signs are in! They look great. If you placed an order for these, Jodi will be at the pool this evening to send your sign home with your son or daughter. Thanks for ordering these. They helped to earn $85 for our team. This money will go directly back to the athletes as we prepare for a fun season!
Last Minute Reminders For All Things Swim and Dive
This is just a final reminder about the two clothing stores that are open right now for athletes and family. The apparel store will close TOMORROW, Nov 6. (Even though the store says it closes on Nov. 4). Remember this is where you purchase required apparel. Here is the link.
The Spirit Store is open until Nov. 12! It will ship right to you home has well as earn money for our team! Please take a look and purchase a few items if you can! They make great Christmas presents! Here is the link!
Random Reminders For All
1. I am so thankful for all who have signed up to bring food or set up for the traditional Thanksgiving Breakfast! If you have never experienced one, you don’t want to miss it!
2. I am still in need of 2 concession stand workers for the meet on Nov. 30. Can you help out?
3. December hot breakfast sign-ups will come out very soon. We need everyone’s help. Sharing the workload is only fair! If your work schedule does not allow you to serve hot breakfast, please reach out to me. I have ways you can fulfill your required 3 services even with a tricky work schedule. We are serving around 35-40 athletes who may be hungry enough to eat like 60 athletes after morning practice!
4. The Boys Season starts on MONDAY!! If you have not returned your expense sheet, warm-up form, or fees- please do so ASAP! This is for BOTH MALE and FEMALE athletes. I would like to have all checks and money deposited by the end of next week. Deadline is Nov. 12 for forms and payment. The Chicago’s Pizza cards will only be available until Nov. 10.
5. The boys will be sizing for suits on Nov. 11. They MUST stop by and see me on deck to try on a suit since they are a new brand (TYR) this year.
