Please Read This Info. about Food, Fees, and Fundraising

Quick Note: If you are serving hot breakfast plan for a roster of around 40 athletes. Some do not always show up for hot breakfast due to the practice schedule, but that is a close number to what you would be serving. Remember leftovers are appreciated on “cold” breakfast days and will be eaten! It’s always a good idea to plan for a bit more than expected. Also, please contact your breakfast group to coordinate food, set-up, and clean-up duty.

If you have not completed the registration paper, turned in the required fees, or returned the warm-up paper- please have those to me or placed in the lock box by Thursday, Nov. 11. It is important that we start paying for items such as suits, transportation, and the fee required to reserve things for the training trip. Please reach out to me if there is a problem with turning in any of these items by Thursday.

I went ahead and sized many of the guys for suits yesterday. I have a few left that I will catch on Thursday, 11/11. I can’t place an order for a suit until I have received payment. Thanks for your help in getting these things in quickly.

Finally, the Swim and Dive yard signs are in! They look great. If you placed an order for these, Jodi will be at the pool this evening to send your sign home with your son or daughter. Thanks for ordering these. They helped to earn $85 for our team. This money will go directly back to the athletes as we prepare for a fun season!
