Just sending out some info that the Spirit Store is now live until Nov 12. This spirit store does not contain any required apparel, but there are some fun items that allow you to show your school and swim spirit. Items purchased from this store can be purchased online and then shipped directly to your house. The purchases also help to earn money for our team….so send the link to anyone you would like! Items are guaranteed to be in by Christmas. Please send any questions by way!

The apparel store contains the required items for the athletes that need to be purchased by the store’s closing on Nov. 6. Items will ship directly to the school and be passed out to your child. There may be an option to pay a shipping cost so that items will ship to your house.

The apparel store is live. You can find the link in the previous announcement on Team Pages. Here are a few things that I found out after talking with the representative from Kratz.

1. The store will remain open until November 6. However, stock is limited and difficult to get so please order ASAP. We probably will not be opening the store again due to the supply issues. Kratz and Zach have worked hard in finding items with the most stock available. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this!

2. The required jersey for the male athletes is a “hockey” jersey. Please note that these run big. The sizing is different so this is what I found out. Adult 48 is a small, adult 50 is a lower end medium, adult 52 is an upper end medium, and so on…
Even with these sizes the jersey will run large so plan accordingly when you choose your size.

3. There is still one item (a white hoodie/sweatshirt) that has not been added to the store. Please check back regularly if you would be interested in this optional item.

4. I will be sending out the Spirit Store Link from Fancloth as well very soon. These items are all optional and great for athletes, parents, grandparents, etc.. This store will go live on Nov. 1 and close Nov 12. Items are guaranteed by Christmas.

5. Sign-ups for November breakfast and concessions are not filled yet. I will resend that link. Please help out! We need everyone!

6. Finally, thank you for getting forms and money turned in so quickly (even the boys who are not in season yet)! I am still waiting on just a few, but right now we are in good shape! You guys ROCK!

Here is the link for the apparel store for male and female athletes. This apparel can be purchased and worn by anyone. However, there are some marked REQUIRED items for the athletes. These required items are the pieces that the team plans and wears throughout the season(mainly on meet days). The info on the store says that it will close on October 31. I know this is a quick turn around for purchasing. We want to make sure that we get the items in a timely manner so the athletes have plenty of time this season to wear them. All purchasing can be done directly through the apparel website!

The season officially starts for our high school girls tomorrow! I just wanted to reach out with a short list of items that anyone might need to know as we get things started at FCHS! Please take a moment to read:

1. Due to the FRST meet this weekend, the team room will be set up for cold/hot breakfast Monday afternoon following practice. Our first HOT BREAKFAST service is on Tuesday! Thank you to those sweet souls who are conquering this first breakfast service. The athletes will love seeing your faces Tuesday morning. Set up in the hospitality/team room at 6:45 am. Athletes should be ready to eat at 7:00 am.

2. Please turn in money and forms ASAP! Remember that I cannot order a suit for your swimmer or diver unless the suit payment has been received. I will be in the back pool parking lot by door 11 on Tuesday, October 26 from 4:30-6:00 pm. I can collect money, forms, and pass out purchased caps or gift cards at that time. Your son/daughter can also put any clearly labeled forms/money in the lock box in the TEAM ROOM. I check that regularly.

3. Please remind your daughter to stop by and see me (Jennifer) on Wednesday or Thursday(Oct.27,28) following afternoon practice. I will need for all female athletes to try on a suit for the correct sizing. I want to order those suits from Elsmore on Thursday evening. I can only do that if I have the sizes and the payment! Thank you for your help with this!! Male athletes will size on Nov. 11 after their season has officially started.

4. Finally, I sent out November’s volunteer sign up calendar! Some spots for the home meet and hot breakfast service are already filled! Thank you! Please remember that we are asking…possibly begging… for each family to sign up for AT LEAST 3 breakfast services this season. Many hands make for light work! Let’s all pitch in and make this a great season for our hardworking athletes!

This is just a quick reminder that the Parent Meeting for the start of the season is tonight, Oct. 20 at 6:00 in the FCHS cafeteria.
We will have paperwork to pass out as well as information to relay to you! Please plan to attend if possible!
