Zach sent out a ton of information to the swimmers last night about the Whiteland and JV Meets. Check with your athlete in order to access this info.

Here are a few important details from Zach about Whiteland:

Whiteland Details:
⏺Bus leaves: 4:45pm
⏺Meet Begins: 5:30pm
⏺Meet Ends : 7:30pm?

If you’re able to be driven there and back to Whiteland (by your parents), this would be phenomenal for COVID tracing purposes. You can drive yourself, but we’d need to have parent permission. We will have just one bus to-and-from. We will need the waiver form signed however. Please reach out to myself or Kristi Pheifer / Jennifer Stone on this.

Someone will be at the pool before the bus leaves to collect these travel release forms. There will be forms available to fill out at this time as well. You can find this form on the FCHS Athletic Website.

3. Find the Travel Release Link
4. Print out the form and sign
5. You can always text a photo of it to me BEFORE 3:00 and I will print it out for you to give to Zach. Please make sure the form is completely filled out and signed if you do this. Please do not send me photo of a blank form.

Finally, remember not every athlete will be going to this Whiteland meet. Make sure you check with your son or daughter to see if he/she is on the Whiteland Roster. There are no spectators at the meet but you can watch it via the Live Streaming Link that was sent out in yesterday’s Team Pages post.
