Serving as a reminder to next weeks activities
Parents of Boys,
Championship season is upon us and it’s time to celebrate these boys and all of their hard work. Below is an outline of how we will get our boys fired up this week. ALL MALE athletes will participate in the activities this week. Prior to February 15th we need you working on posters for your swimmer/diver. This is where you can let your imagination run wild or be simple and to the point. Pretty much anything goes in making these. Posters should be 14×22 (half the size of a piece of poster board) and don’t forget about the pictures from the share site. If you would like to see examples-Follow these steps to find the uploaded examples:
1. Go to the top of the Team Pages website.
2. Click on the tab that says MEDIA.
3. A menu should drop down. Select PHOTOS from the drop down menu.
4. A group of albums should appear. Click on the album titled: Sectional Poster Examples
5. There are a few examples of posters (from parents who had photos available) from both male and female athletes that were created in the past few years. I hope these examples are helpful.
The main thing to remember is that these posters are nothing to worry about. The athletes will LOVE them and enjoy seeing their teammates posters as well.

Saturday, February 15th
Hang sectional posters and decorate the boy’s locker room. Parents will meet at the storage room after practice to hang window clings, hang posters in the glass hallway between the pool and the main office, and decorate the boy’s locker room. There will be some posters and other decorations there but please feel free to bring other supplies i.e. posters, streamers, balloons. The theme is FCHS, blue, white, grizzly bears. If you are not able to hang your poster, you are welcome to deliver it to the storage room prior to Saturday and someone will get it up for you.

Sunday, February 16th
SECTIONAL DINNER
This is a very fun night outside the pool. It gives the athletes a chance to relax, eat, and spend time together as a team. Sectional dinner will be at the Pheifer’s house @5:00pm (THE ADDRESS IS: 6739 W CR 144, greenwood. ¾ mile east of 37). The lane will be marked and we are all the way at the end of the lane. Meeting at the high school and carpooling may be helpful. Boys will receive their sectional t-shirts.

Monday, February 17th
Boys will see all the inspiring decorations and posters.

Wednesday, February 19th
Boys will stop by the storage room following practice and enjoy the traditional Sectional fruit cup.

Thursday, February 20th
Boys will come to the storage room during their individual lunch period and enjoy a traditional Sectional lunch as a team; Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, pasta salad, salad, rolls, and fruit, will be served. If you sign up to help donate food for this lunch, please arrive at 10:00 a.m. First lunch starts at 11. While the boys are eating, we will take down all decorations. Girl’s team will time at prelims. SECTIONAL PRELIMS START @5:30PM on Thursday.

Friday, February 21st
Boys will wear sectional t-shirts to school.

Saturday, February 22nd
Boys diving begins 9:00am. Swimming Sectional finals begins @1:00pm. A reminder will be sent via Sign-up email if you signed up to volunteer for this meet. Thank you for your help! Please reach out with any questions! Kristi kpheifercomcast.net or 317-213-7346

Needs
For the sectional luncheon Thursday, we are still in need of the following things:
1-crockpot of Chicken and noodles
1-large olive garden salad (you can it make or purchase. I can tell you how to make it)
